TRAINING

We have adopted a bodypart training split to ensure maximum effort can be applied for each body part while allowing enough recovery time. This is the exact training I am following so you can follow me on socials and join in!

You will have the exact exercises, sets and
Reps that I am Following broken down for each day of the week.

The training plan will also step up a notch on the 4th week to make sure we keep making progress.

 

DIET

We have my full diet plan with a couple to choose from if you are lighter or heavier than me when you start to ensure maximum results.

I have listed out exactly what I am
Eating for each meal with the quantities for everyday of the week,

 

CARDIO

We will be focusing heavily on cardio as the main priority in fat-loss while
ensuring that your food is not dropped too low.

There is a combination of both low intensity and HIIT styles of cardio on a
progressive approach. Weekly this cardio will change and increase in difficulty
ensuring your metabolism is consistently challenged throughout the plan.

There is incorporated cheat meals. We also offer advice on alcohol should you wish to keep this within the plan.

BONUS
