This plan is designed to get you tonnes of muscle. The diet involves big eating as this is required to get you to your goals! We have selected optimal foods to ensure that while you are gaining muscle you are minimising the amount of fat with it. As you can see from my bulk pictures I structure this plan so that I look bulky but not sloppy.
Bear Bulk literally lays out the exact foods and grams to eat for each and every meal over the 12 weeks. Included in this is cheat meals of choice to help pack in the calories you desperately need to grow.
