Weekly Check-ins

I’m going to assume here that you’ve probably already tried and failed to get the body you want. It’s nothing to be ashamed of, we’ve all been there. If this shit was easy, we’d all be walking around looking stage ready all the time, wouldn’t we?

Second to training – we are going to get you eating right. How many fad diets have you seen come and go? They’re fads for the simple reason that they do not work.

Yeah, they might have helped Susan at the office lose a couple of KGs over the last 3 months. And yeah, that might have made Susan happy – until she went and had a celebratory KFC only to realise she’s undone the 3 month cabbage soup hell she’s just put herself through.

We aren’t aiming for average here. We are going above and beyond. There’s no point in you busting a gut at the gym if you aren’t fuelling your body with the correct nutrients.

Just like your training plan, together we will personalise your Nutrition Plan to suit your needs and goals. You don’t see me counting grains of rice or turning down a Desperados and you’ll quickly learn that, with the right approach, you don’t have too either.

Indeed, I have had my fair share of injuries so know my way around the gym to ensure progress is still made

That is no problem, I create the training plans around you and the resources you have at your disposal

I want you to feel comfortable with my service, so after the first month’s payment, you can stay as little or long as you like. Obviously, the longer you stay the better you will look 😉

There are no specific guarantees to weight loss, however, the plans will be optimised for you. If you train hard and stick to the diet, you will get the best results you can for you!

I check-in on the online system once per week and make any adjustments to diet and training if needs be. However, you can send a message in the member’s area whenever you want!
